Return any unsatisfactory purchase to us within 10 days of receipt for store credits and refunds. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped to be eligible for refunds. Instructions are included on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Sales on “sale items” or “special” promotion items are final and not returnable. We do not accept COD packages. Availability

Our shawls are unique and sometimes one of a kind. Therefore, when a shawl you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International orders are accepted when paid for via an international money order.

Gift Wrap Service

We can send your gifts in our specialty gift bags and multi colored tissue wrap. If you wish we can also include your personalized message in a card. Gift purchases will be charged shipping plus a flat fee of $8.

Shipping / Handling fees

We will ship your on-line order within 3 business days by 1st class U.S. Parcel Post or via UPS. Shipping costs may vary according to the size of your order. Delivery of most packages can be expected within 5-10 business days from shipping date. Rush shipments sent via priority and overnight service is available for an added fee. Email notification is sent as soon as your order is shipped. Postage fees are non-refundable.

• Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
